Thai Coffee

Thai coffee stands out due to its unique growing conditions, organic farming practices, and distinctive flavour profiles. Grown in rich, fertile regions like Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, and Doi Mod in the north, and Robusta beans from the southern provinces, Thai coffee often features smooth, full-bodied flavours with subtle fruity, nutty, or chocolatey undertones. Many Thai coffee varieties are organic, harvested by local hill tribes, and processed with care to preserve the quality and taste. Robusta beans, grown in the south, are known for their bold, stronger flavour and higher caffeine content, making them perfect for espresso blends.

Arabica beans are known for their smooth, aromatic flavours and are often described as having a milder, sweeter taste with fruity or chocolatey notes. Robusta beans, on the other hand, are stronger, more bitter, and contain more caffeine. Blending the two, like in our Italian Roast, combines the smoothness of Arabica with the boldness and crema of Robusta, creating a well-balanced espresso.

Yes! Many of our Thai coffee varieties are organically grown without the use of chemicals to speed up growth. For example, our Khun Chang Khian and Organic Doi Mod coffees are grown using sustainable methods by local farmers and hill tribes in Chiang Mai, ensuring the highest quality beans. However, unlike other countries, organic certifications can be costly for farmers to go through, so many Thai farmers choose not to pursue formal certification, even though they use organic farming practices.

We offer a variety of coffees to suit different tastes, including smooth, aromatic coffees, bold espressos, and nutty blends.

  • If you prefer smooth and chocolatey flavours, try our Khun Chang Khian or Organic Doi Mod, both offering rich, full-bodied coffees with a subtle sweetness.

  • For those who prefer stronger coffee, we recommend Khun Chang Khian, Organic Doi Mod, or Premium Arabica A+, which provide bold and smooth cups with robust flavour profiles.

  • If you love a bold, robust espresso, go for our Italian Roast, which has a slightly bitter, burnt taste with a super crema perfect for a classic espresso.

  • For a nutty and smooth profile, the Nutty Lover is your perfect match with its rich, nutty tones and a smooth, medium roast finish.

  • For those who enjoy a fruity, sour coffee tone, try our Premium Arabica or Organic Doi Mod which offer slightly fruity tastes with smooth, full-bodied flavours.

Storing My Coffee

To preserve the freshness of your coffee, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid storing your coffee in the fridge or freezer as this can cause condensation and affect the flavour.

The shelf life of our coffee beans is typically around 6-12 months when stored properly. Always check the roast date on the packaging for the freshest coffee!
